small room old decor
The room was quite small and basic. The decor seemed a bit old. The staff at the desk did not seem to address issues properly, annoying! I expected a bit more help.

perfect location big bed
The location is perfect, especially with nation train station so close. the room included a bathrobe, slippers, and everything i needed. the bed was really big. I slept comfortably in it.
the sound proofing in the room was not perfect. the noise from the elevator, right next to my room, was disruptive. i suggest avoiding rooms next to the elevator.

the hotel is close to public transport. nation station is only a few minutes walk away. i loved that the location had lots of public transport nearby, it was so strategic.

The location is excellent. It's very close to Nation metro station (this is convenient). The staff members were friendly and always ready to help. My room had a kettle plus a coffee machine. Those were useful amenities. There were also complimentary treats, coffee and cake, at the reception.
Sound insulation could be improved, I sometimes heard noises coming from the hallway.

coffee machine spacious bathroom
the room had a coffee machine with nespresso capsules (i used it every morning). the bathroom was spacious and clean with a hairdryer.
the breakfast area felt a bit crowded during peak hours.
